CAD Import to show up on Multiple Floor plans

After Linking a CAD file I have placed it onto the second floor. Since this is a double height space, I would like it to appear as well on the third floor. How can I get the "Import Symbol" to show up on both floor plans? Will I just have to import the file twice and place it onto the third floor plan?

Put a Link copy on the level or uncheck "current view only" when you do the initial Link.

Hey thanks for the quick response. Can you elaborate please with the link copy? And what would unchecking current view only allow me to do?

You can Link into every view or just to the current view by checking this box. If the Link is already in the Project just Copy/Paste to the Level or Link again.  Either way, it's going to copy the existing Link. You'll still only have one Link listed.
