When I bring in Cad Text - a paragraph often ends up becoming multiple lines.  What causes this? Any way to avoid it?

When cad lines come in, they tend to be all one lineweight - is this to be expected?

Thins Lines (TL) OFF or ON?

Did you look at the Line Weights under Object Styles?

Best way to avoid that? Avoid using CAD details. Do your details in Revit.

if your detail drawing in cad is not complicated then do it revit as suggested? in your autocad detail file try to audit. purge and overkill and clean as much as possible. now go to your revit file > create a drafting view ? set your view name and scale > either you use link cad or import cad and i know you know already the advantage and disadvantage of link and import. and try to untick use hardware acceleration from options > hardware and see if helps. thanks
