We have been experiencing some issues with the cloud services the last couple of days and I would encourage you to keep an eye on the Health Dashboard as it will be updated whenever the service is running smoothly again.
A lot of the services should be up and running again but there's still a few areas that needs some work. In case you have any questions to it let me know.
