Hi, wise people of Revit: is it possible to set built-in parameters in order to activate option "values can vary by group instance"? In other words, there is a way to change the value of an grouped element parameter directly from schedules or without edit the group where it is located? Thanks in advance for your answers,

Depends. What is the element contained in the Group that is being Scheduled and what is the Project Parameter Type.
...let's confirm my understanding of what you are asking. You are Scheduling a Category and some or all of the Category elements that are reported in the Schedule are within Groups. And the Parameter Field you've included in the Schedule is a Project Parameter whose "values can vary by group instance". And now you want to be able to select an individual cell, reporting that Parameter for a particular instance, and change its value. Make it different from the others. Is that about the size of it? Have you tried and failed or something?
Hi, @Anonymous, specifically I want to change the Top Offset value of several walls wich belongs to different groups. Due this built-in parameter (top offset) is not allowed to vary values by group instance (as it is possible with project and shared parameters), there is no other way than editing any group at a time, plus the annoying of select walls without the capability of filtering by value.
Obviously it seems to be an issue to solve from Dynamo, and I am doing so, but it would be so easy only if that parameter property changed...
Only a few parameter types can vary by group instance. Length is definitely NOT one of them.
Is TOP OFFSET parameter, not length. As @barthbradley said, I'm doomed to ungroup or edit inside groups. Anyway, find my way marking all of them in a schedule, highlighting in view and isolating. At little less painful...

This Top Offset? It is a definitely a Length parameter (I was talking about parameter types, not parameter names).
