I have come across a glitch from the building pad I just created. This weird surface has been created when I made the dark rectangular building pad on the bottom left corner of the site. Regardless of pad shape or height this surface (not editable as well) remains.

What is the height offset from the level? Check your building pad properties.
Do have existing and demolished phasing in your model?
