Hello,
I wonder whether this is a revit glitch or something i'm doing wrong.
Im working in Revit 2017 and have had this issue a few times, the building pad, created in the new phase cuts a site fine then when i edit the boundary or create an adjacent pad it no longer cuts the site. I have to delete the original and redraw it before it cuts the site again...
The site seen here goes straight through the pad...
The building pad footprint with its phasing.
Original pad deleted, new pad drawn exactly the same
Is there a way to not have to redraw the pad?
Regards,
Matt.

What do you mean when you say the pad "stops working"? Are you talking about the Pad geometry or the Topo Infill geometry (e.g. the element that "cuts and fills" the Toposurface when the Pad in placed)?
So when i say the pad no longer works, I mean that it no longer has any effect on the toposurface... it sits there like a floor slab, phasing of the pad is set to new, topography is set to existing... i played around with the phasing of the pad and of the topography but it had no effect.
