Building Pad Issue

So, I've modeled a series of Building Pads for my building. This is because portions of the building are separate at Ground Level. They are all working properly, except for one. One Building Pad has what looks like a giant planar wall along the PATH of the pad that towers over the building. I select this "planar wall" and it is being identified as topography. I delete it, and of course the building Pad gets deleted too. Am I missing something? Why is this happening?!!!

What am I looking for in your Screenshot?  Can you red-line it?

Wait a minute. Are you talking about that big blue thing?  Looks like a Building Pad Topo Infill. Turn on your Building Pads and lower the Pad.

What is the elevation of that building pad?  Also, check the boundary for leak.

You can see the elevation of the building pad is correct, it is the same for the others that I have modeled. As far as the path goes, I checked and it is in fact sealed. The parameters of this building pad match the parameters of the others (elevation, offset from level, etc.), which are already modeled and working... the problem with this one pad persists.

Can you copy the topo and pads to a new file and share it?

Been Splitting and Merging Surfaces?

...if you have, your Toposurface is FUBAR.

Here is my problem. Building Pad 2 creates this weird vertical towering topo surface. The parameters are the same for Building Pad 1. I'm trying to show in the screenshot attachments that both pads are in fact modeled, with the same settings. Building Pad 2 creates this redundant "shared" topo that deletes the pad if the weird topo itself is deleted.

Hi,

Were you able to resolve the planar building pad situation? I have the same issue.

Thank you

I had this same issue and couldn't find help anywhere.  The problem ended up being that I had a second toposurface hidden in almost all the views.  Once I deleted that, the pad acted normally!
