Building Elevations changing

After the installation of the site contours the building levels changed from first floor 0'-0" to -106'-0"  The Project Base Point is set at 106'-0"  The Contour Labels Elevation Base is set at Survey Point.  Site Elevation points were created as negative feet below 0"-0".  Example 103 = -3'

This is a class exercise that I have used for 10 years and this is the first time this has happened.  Two students have had the problem.  We are using Revit 2020.

Not following.  What do you mean by "installation of site contours"?  Also, if your Level is reading negative 106' -0", and the Level is relative to the Project Base Point, then the Project Base Point Origin is 106' - 0" ABOVE the Level.

Attached is the student project and my project.  Note the differences in the levels.  They are the same difference, but obviously different.

I see the difference but how do I fix the student’s model to look like mine. I do not see differences when looking at the Survey Point Internal.

Well, if you don't want to move the PBP and SP, then change the Levels' Elevation Base in one of the Projects. Project Base Point to Survey Point, or vice versa.

Move you student's model Project base Point and Survey point 106' down.  File attached.
