How would you approach modeling this? It occurs many times at the corners of many buildings on a single site, so editing the wall profile isn't the best solution since it's not easily repeatable. Would love to be able to integrate into a custom wall type but don't know how to constrain the non-rectilinear portion to occur at the edge of the wall. Thanks!
Hello @Anonymous,
2 options came to my mind for creating these type of wall.
1- Wall + Void
2-Mass
I created by mass and for controlling easily i added instance parameters for the slope walls ( Wing A and Wing B ) and height . Also you can add length to it.. Please check the print screen attachments. Its easy to copy and control...
It is hard to fully understand the shape from this picture's angle but it looks like you can use edit wall profile.
I probably would put another wall on top at the corner.
Then modify the profiles of the two corner pieces.
If needed you can join them with the lower wall to remove the split line.
Copy these corner pieces to corners of your building(s)

Please mention Revit version, especially when uploading Revit files.
If it is a wall with only one material, you could model in place a wall element that has exactly the same material and the right shape, and then join it to the wall.
Copy-paste for creating more of them.

If you need to repeat it a lot then it's better be a loadable family. But which category? A column family will automatically join with walls when placed in project. See below:
