Can someone explain this to me? For the life of me, I can’t figure out what is going on with this railing type (“Stair Handrail – Residential”). It refuses to change balusters no matter what I do! Open the attached file and check it out for yourself.
The component stair’s railing type, shown in the attached RVT, will NOT accept a different baluster type! If I place that railing type in a straight run, hosted to level; it uses the Baluster Family designated in the “Main Pattern” (under “Edit Baluster Placement”). But, if host it that same railing type to a stair tread; it refuses to change from “Baluster - Colonial : 1 1/2" – even though the Main Pattern AND Preview clearly show a different Baluster!
Is this due to “a loose nut behind the keyboard” – or something buggy in the software? Let me know.
Thanks
