Bug Report - 'two level based' families Room Location Point incorrect

The Room Location Point for two level based families appears to always be located at Revit's internal origin (0) level no matter what level the family is created/hosted at.

The two level based family is very useful for objects such as lifts however this bug is a showstopper where we need to pick up data from the object's associated room since the vertical position of the room location point bears no relation to the position of the object.

Problem occurs between R2021 & 2023, I haven't tested with other versions.

Tried to find a formal bug report portal and failed if someone could kindly point me to it.

Did you look at my attachment? This was a two level hosted family placed at L03. It is selected so you can see the room location point down at L00. No matter what level I create it at, or even edit an already placed instance to change it's lower level, the room location point always appears at L00. Struggling to see how this could be intended behaviour hence "bug".
