I have been using trying to detail out the radius of a curved extrusion created using "Model In place" feature. And Revit is throwing same radius info for two different arcs. It is showing correct in few location but incorrect in others. Cant understand why it is doing that? How do I fix it?
My suspicion is that the dimension is not referencing the walls in your model but something in the linked model that is gray in the background? Isolate the view so it is just the walls you really want to dimension. If you turn off the linked model in the view and some of the dimensions disappear that will confirm my suspicion.

Those dimensions indicate that there may be problems. The arrows aren't hitting the arcs they are appear to be dimensioning and the centers do not look coincident. The dimensions are not wrong because of a bug in the program. They could indicate there are problems with the elements or, as suggested, you are dimensioning the wrong elements.
