I opened my model this morning and saw a change in the Project Browser ... no organization. I went to fix the problem in the Browser Organizer and realized there is no "all" button on the Views tab. I though it was Revit so I opened another model and saw there was no problem in organization. Any idea how to get the "all" button back? I tried adding it as new but the organization wasn't the same. See the images below.
Maybe lost? See if it is in a BACKUP. If so, use Transfer Project Standards to bring it into the Project.
@ToanDN @barthbradley So I did find a working "all" Browser Organize in a back up. But the Transfer Project Standards didn't work. I transferred "Browser Organization" & "Project Info". If you guys can think of something else that I should transfer please let me know. I looked thru the list but didn't see anything that seemed applicable.
Thanks, that was a great suggestion. I didn't think of it.
Something screwy is going on. Maybe the real issue is with the scheme itself. Can you post the file? Or even screenshots of the scheme settings might help.
No problem posting a screen shot. The file is huge though. Can you be a bit more specific with "scheme"? I don't think I know exactly what you're referring to.
This is the Browser Tree & the Browser Organizer.
If you want something else just let me know.
I followed your advice and created a new "all" and this happened:
It's not organizing by the views in the tree format. I change a few of the "filter by" settings but nothing got me back to where I needed to be.
I think we're misunderstanding each other. I'm asking about the scheme that you found in your backup that won't transfer over (via Transfer Project Standards) to the most current iteration of the Project. Am I completely lost? Isn't that what you are talking about?
Deleting the UIState.dat file might be a remedy:

Sorry, my fault. I did misunderstand you. Here's the browser organizer from the backup that still had it organized correctly. But, I can't Edit the "all" option. Here's the screen shot.
Thank you for links. I 'll look at them Monday and revisit this issue. Thanks for all your help.
the "all" scheme cannot be edited.
...but it should be there. My understanding is that it is not there . That's why I'm thinking that deleting the UIState.dat file might recover it.
I looked at the links you provided. The first one isn't an active webpage any longer. The second was useful letting me know where the .dat file was.
I deleted the UIState.dat but there was no change.
I'm going to just leave it, it's working on all my other revit.rvt files. I have never been so stumped by a Revit issue but it still works and I can access my views. It's an inconvenience.
