Boundaries not satisfied

Hello, I draw a wall, 

after going to the view trying to modify the dimension. Program say that can't because boundaries not satisfied so can't if not remove these boundaries and after that the wall don't appear in view. 

Do not undrestand why don't compare and who boundaries talk about.

possible constraint issue

orange line designates the issue so attempt to clean that connection up.
