Hi All.
What is BOO in BIM Industry,
The wording is mentioned in the Scope of work, Do u know anybody about this?
It depends on the context... BOO usually refers to the type of Project and is a short for Build Own & Operate
But this might differ from country to country and continent to continent

The wikipedia article for Public-Private Partnerships has a general description of a Build-Own-Operate contract and may help to understand and differentiate from other types:
Public-Private Partnership
Here's an online resource which may help in understanding the differences in regional BIM terminology: BIM Dictionary
Hope this helps,
