Their new Branding/Rebranding Designer is not so successful with those new logos

But hey, it is better than that Black logo they announced a few months back!!!

Questionable icon graphic design.  Why even show RVT in the icon?

I placed the shortcuts on the Windows taskbar and I wish they would show the version # directly in the icons.  Below from left to right are Revit 2019, Revit 2022, and Revit 2023.

Not sure...I think they totally messed up on the logos.  Apart from the Atari like graphics how ingenious is that R then RVT below it!!! At least they could have dropped the RVT for the Version or even have kept it simple R like this!!!

Navisworks is Now N MAN 😆 ...A BIG NO. What will the next version be? Will it evolve to Yo Dude?

@ToanDN '2023' in place of the 'RVT' completely would've been a massive upgrade and would make most users happy and not care about any design changes - I would think lol. I wonder what the justification was to not do that because I am sure this was brought up and the decision was made not to do this (I've seen this in the Ideas forums with a good bit of votes)

The reasoning behind the RVT designation is to differentiate it from Revit LT, which includes a LT designation.  The same holds true for AutoCAD and Navisworks because there are multiple products that can be installed side-by-side.  So the big letter specifies the product group and the lower designation is for the specific product in that group.

I've been thinking about doing this for a while, but now that there are 4 different Revit versions on my machine I think the time has come

You definitely need a better justification...the icon is already labeled either with Revit 2023 or Revit LT... the sub product does not need to be in the Logo itself. Besides there are lots of products with not subcategories as well as other products where the so claimed subproduct initials does not make sense.

Besides how do you justify its use on the forum!!! This is a revit forum in general, it is neither Full product nor LT....this whole rebranding thing is lacking lots of creative. As a matter of fact, if Autodesk would have posted it as a competition or a challenge on the forum, they would have gotten much better ideas and designs.
