Blank window when I try to open Dynamo or Generative Design in Revit 2023

Hi,
After a upgrade from Revit 2023.1 to Revit 2023.4:
When I trie to launch Dynamo with the "dynamo player" button, the window open and stay blank forever and this is the same for the generative design tool. You can see it in my screenshoot.
What I tried ?? Everything..
- Unistall everything 3 or 4 times
- Clean set up and restart everything
- The 3 differents methods for the installation/download of Revit
- Replace the Dynamo folders as I saw in the forum
- Install an older version of Revit 2023
- Disable all addins

After all of that, I can open Dynamo but it doesn't connect to the projet and the Dynamo players is still blank.
For me, I have the impression that I download a broken software.
Any idea?

Open Task Manager and see if Generative Design is running.

It is, I tried to kill it or not and wait for 10 min. but nothing change.

Thanks a lot for posting your question to the forums!   

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

• Close Revit.
• Delete the folder C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\dynamoplayer
• Reopen Revit.
• Start Dynamo Player.

I tried that too but nothing change.
But now my issue is solved. I unistal Revit again and all the others versions too.

I had, 2023, 2022, 2021 and 2019 on my computer. It was a clean restart after that and reinstal Revit 2023. Now, everything work again.
