Hi everyone,
I'm still new to Revit so please excuse me if this is a simple fix or I've messed it up. I created a floor and then a ceiling below it so that I'm able to create an electrical lighting plan. however, it keeps coming up black and this won't allow it to be clearly visible. I've not had this issue before so I'm not sure what I've done wrong or how I can fix it.
I've attached images below to show you what I mean. I've followed the same process for the floors above and I don't have the same issue.
Thanks for the help in advance
Check the Ceiling's Coarse representation:
...remove it by setting Coarse Scale Fill Pattern to "None"...or change the View's Visual Style to Medium/Fine.
...if it's Black in Plan View, your View Range Cut Plane might be slicing through it - not above/below it. Or, it could be the Ceiling Material's Surface Pattern is Solid Black.
