Binding All Design Options

I created a floorplan with 2 options for 2 separate addition. These addition are set up as design options and i can turn them on and off. However now i need both additions to show at the same time, is there a way to bind both design options into the base floorplan?

Can this be done without redrawing either or both of the additions. From my understanding by making one design option primary, the other design options will be deleted, is there a way to make both design options primary?

if you want to see both options at the same time you will have to copy/paste elements from one design option:

- to the other option

- or copy to a main model.

Why did you use Design Options if the additions are not Options? Unless there are there two Options for each Addition.
