Bind fails due to shared parameter conflicts

I fail to bind a linked file due to an error message reporting conflicts of shared parameters types, such as same parameter defined both as text and length types. I cannot locate the source of the problem in both files. I don't see such parameters anywhere in the files neither in the families nested inside them. Any idea how to cope with that? 

Any App that may assist in pointing out the source of the problem unlike Revit that is very good at announcing but very poor at directing how to heal...

Try Paramanager by DiRoots (now part of their DiRoots One addon) available from the app store. It will list parameters and tell you their types etc. Pretty sure it includes nested parameters as well.
