When working on a model on BIM360, I don't have the ability to turn a group into a link. Why is that? Is there a fix or workaround? Thanks.
Hi @Anonymous
Can you share a screencast of what you are experiencing?

I am experiencing the same issue.
Below is the process of creating a linked model from a group. I am unable to do this because there is no 'link' button in the group panel.
Hi there,
The solution to this is to, first save the model to a different location as a copy. This can be your pc or a network drive,...
In this copy of the model you can then group elements. After grouping the link icon is available.
I have no exact explanation but I think this has to do with the worksharing environment and BIM360. I think BIM360 does not allow you to save the group as a new model directly to the cloud, so you don't get the option.
Please accept this as a solution if this workaround works for you.
