Hi

Attached small kitchen bim object 

How to show cut plane ib level?

A lot of bim onject have this problem

Please help

Modified Revit file attached.

 

Here is what was wrong - the top cabinets in your component had their visibility / graphic overrides set to be visible in plan. When they are set to not be visible in plan, then the component displays correctly -

Hello there, there a a few ways to get around this problem:

1: the most simple one is to change the category of the family to Generic Model (Modify Tab>Family Category and Parameters)

2: If you want the family to stay in Casework Category, then you have to select the geometry above the desired view and in Visibility Settings turn of the Displays in 3d Viewa and "Plan/RCP" option.
