I am using the occupancy parameter in Revit for my rooms in my office project.
If a Room is vacant - is it better to leave the parameter blank or put in a value named VACANT
I am worried about if I leave it blank I will be lost in a schedule or something
Regards,
Aidan

If Occupancy is Number parameter then you can't show Vacant or blank but you can show 0.
Then I would show Vacant instead of blank. If you want to show blank, you can use conditional format to make the cell a color such as black.
Okay thanks
Good advice
But if I want to show it blank, how is it possible to add a colour in conditional format?
Please see below it doesn't give me the option

You need to add a Condition to that, Test cannot be None.
