Best way to get things from Revit 2019 to Revit 2022 (families, details, etc.)

we recently upgraded from revit 2019 to 2022, and there are projects we want to pull some items from. All projects are in either BIM360 or Autodesk Docs (I know "it's the same", but when it comes to accessing models, it is not the same). What would be the best approach?

@Charles.Ball

  1. Views and sheets??
    • Save as a local copy then import from file
  2. Families?
    • Open model
    • Go to the Browsers >> Families
    • Right Click Families >> Save
    • Load into the new model

... if it is anything else other than the above, then you need to be more specific

Ok, that's what I thought. Didn't know if anyone had any alternative approaches I wasn't thinking of. Thanks.
