Hi everybody, I would like to ask you that I have a problem on my rendering regarding to the shadow on some part. Although I have good material quality, some parts are not what ı wish . Do you guys know how to figure it out the black shadow area turned into a nice grey shadow or no shadow at all. I think the ss tells you the problem Thank you in advance 🙂   Yours..

... hi @ateniyte

... do not render this kind of elements in DRAFT mode

... do it in BEST

.... and as is a relatively small element render it only in screen mode

.... also if you can not get the desire render

... apply some artificial lights

.... sometimes in camera view the image will get way better

Is there any difference to render the view in 3d model or camera view? because ı render the same model in camera and it is not so bad.

What is your light source? The Sun? You can also play with the time (not at noon), Season (not Summer), choose Sky with clouds instead of clear sky, etc...

.... in general camera view is better

... play with the sun light (move it around to get the best illumination)

.... maybe as the render below change your floor to ceramic white

.... but render always in BEST those details

Hi guys, thank you for efforts, ı appreciate all of them. I did not know that much about the details of the render settings. But anyway, I think my another problem is that this parametric bench was made in rhino, but when ı export it to revit I realized that I did not give a thickness so all of them is like individual surface. It affects the render image most importantly. After I will give it a thickness I will try one more time . All ı want to do is to make a render like these but I will try on it . Thank you guys ....

Hey guys, I gave the 23 mm thickness to the surfaces and took a render in rhino and result is shown..
