Beam cut back in coarse detail level

I have drawn a beam member whilst in the coarse detail level, I get a small line perpendicular to the member only at the beginning of the beam member. can anyone help how to remove this small line? I have also attached a picture :Capture.JPG

can you give me more information?

horizontal beam is what type, usage?

is it connected to something on the left side

is it the standard beam in Revit or a custom one

can you edit the family to see if this is an object set to display in Coarse Level only?
