Beam annotation help

I am looking for a way to annotate beam systems with the "number/length" of the beams in a certain system. I can count them them and do it by hand but I would like a more streamlined way to accomplish this. Below are some screenshots of what I'm looking to do. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Not sure if you can do it, but see if you can get "Cut Length" parameter into the Label?

See this:

You can't do it automatically with the beam system tag without adding shared parameters and enter them. The reason is a beam system can be of any shapes ans sizes so introducing a length as a whole doesn't make any sense. Alternatively, you can do it as a custom beam tag + a shared parameter to enter the quantity.

Is there a way to create a "cut length" tag for each individual beam? For example: If I have a group of 5 - 30', 2 - 28', and 8 - 44' beams, could I have them each labeled with just their length? And to that effect, I'm using engineered lumber that we only carry in multiples of 2' so, 12', 14', 16', etc... so if I have a piece that is 26' 6-1/2" I will want to send out a 28' board/joist. Is Revit capable of rounding that "cut length" up to the nearest, even, whole number?

You can create a formula in the label of the tag family similarly to the one we discussed in your schedule thread.  Thing is you need 2' increment so you have to introduce the 1/2 length to the formula and it cannot be hidden in the label.
