Baluster placement along a thread

Hi I put my baluster setting at 3 spindles per thread. How do you adjust the distance from the noising of the thread?

in the attached picture the balusters on 2 different flights are at different distance from the front of the thread:

If you are using the same Railing type, you will not be able to adjust the baluster pattern for two different runs. You might have to either draw the railing path in a way that is exactly the same in terms beginning and end in the 2 runs or make another type and adjust the pattern to fit.
