AVOID ROOM CONFLICTS WHEN EDITING WALLS

Hi!

Does anyone know how to avoid room conflicts when edeting a wall that work as a room separator. As it is now i always have to redraw a new wall over the existing wall and then delete the old one and this is for the simplest of editing. To change a wall chain of different types may result in several anoying and timeconsuming steps so i guess i missing some function?

With kind regards, Victor

Ignore them.  As long as you place new walls or room separations and the rooms become correctly bound then no problems.

Right. As Toan said, you can just ignore the errors. The rooms will correct themselves after you get the wall edited...

...IF...

...the centers (crossing point of their 'X' representation) of the two rooms are still separated by the new wall location/layout.

Victor,

What kind of edits do you do to the wall that causes this room conflicts? If you deleted the wall, then yes, rooms on its two sides will complain. But if you want to replace it with another wall, why not simply change the type of the wall you deleted first? That is essentially editing some parameters of the original wall.
