Automatic text in Elevation Tags

I have need to show elevation of the main level at it's surveyed elevation, but want the second line of the text to show "0'-0" and "9'-1" as necessary. Essentially I want to show both the Survey Point and the Project base point in the same Spot Elevation Tag.

Create and use 2 different Level Types; one that references elevation relative to Survey Point and other that references elevation relative to Project Base Point. Alternatively, you can use Spot Elevations.
