Automatic Room tag under Dimension Line

Is there a way to have automatic room tags under dimension line?

We have an option for automatic window and door heights, which means that the dimension line could read the element. So there might be an option or a tweak in the dimension family where I could edit the family in order to show the room tag under the dimension family. 

I know I can add a manual text under the dimension line. I'm only asking for an automatic room tag.

Sounds like you are talking about Dimensions that are placed along an Entire Wall that "Show Opening Height".

Yup, but I need to have an option to show room tags there. Like show the room name under the dimension line

...or are you asking about a Label in the Tag that can read and report "Head Height"? 

...or none of the above? 😉

Hahaha, I'm just asking for a room name to be shown under the linear dimension line that we put along the wall.

So, the way I understand it now, is that you want the Dimensions that are pulled between Door/Window Openings to report the "To Room' and /or "From Room" of each Door/Window Opening.  Is that about the size of it?  These are Room Aware Openings (e.g. Room Calculation Point is activated in each Family)?

Let me be more clear now.

Please have a look at the attached image. Here, I have manually written the room name under the dimension line. I want this to be loaded automatically when I put the dimension to a room.
