Autodesk Viewer - Model Browser Is Not Available

Hello -

Uploaded a 3D view to the Viewer in Revit 2022 and opened the link to view the 3D model online in my browser (multiple browsers tried). The "Model Browser is Not Available" however... nothing there no drop downs no menu. The 3D model itself appears all there. What to do?

Thanks

Nick

Upload the RVT model, not just the view.

Shared 'Views' is the function, how then does one share an entire model? Thx

I don't have model browser using Shared view either.

To access the model browser, you need to share the model, by uploading your local RVT file to Autodesk Viewer directly.

Go to:  https://viewer.autodesk.com/designviews

and Upload New File

Thank you. Worked like a charm.

Maybe an option to share the model as well in the same (Shared Views) drop/side menu in Revit would be useful? And yeah I see the tiny tiny (teeny) link to the web portal where we can finally see the "Upload Files" button.

Cheers

I've uploaded the RVT files to the online viewer. I have everything selected in the Sharing Options, but I do not get the Model Browser option at the top as you have in your screen shot. I see all of the sheets but no 3D view option. I'm not sure what I am doing wrong?

I'm not sure if this is the issue or not, but I'm using Google Chrome on a Mac, and when I import the RVT file into another modeling application, the model imports correctly.

I'm open to any suggestions. Thank you!

We usually generate Plant models link in AUTODESK VIEWER application by uploading "dwfx" format combining all different working files into one file. And share that link with our

customers to view the plant model by switch ON/OFF the different files / layers using "MODEL BROSER" window. But since last  week this model browser is working in our multiple workstations & unable to share plant models with our customer dur to this Autodesk bug.

If model browser not display the layers / different files then there is no use of making models using PLANT 3D.

It was obsoletely working fine since we purchase the license, AutoDesk to check this issue & sort out on top priority.
