Autodesk product errors

All Autodesk products are not opening. They have worked all day just fine and when I open my laptop to get back to my drawing on AutoCAD16, it closed immediately. It wasn't that specific drawing because I tried to open different drawings in AutoCAD16 & 17 the same thing occurred (closed immediately with error). Also all products are acting in the same way, when I try to open navisworks16, revit16, and revit17 they close immediately with error. The AutoCAD16 ended with - AutoCAD Error Aborting - FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e0434352h Exception at 2ca47788h 

The others didn't give me a specific error, just a caution sign. 

Help please!!

perhaps a microsoft update or security update occurred.  can you check those...

Thank you very much. Yes that is the problem. I uninstalled microsoft silverlight update and the Autodesk products worked just fine.
