Autodesk Model Checker Configurator for Revit - Validation of Type of parameter

Hello everyone,

I am applying checks for the case study of my master thesis and I would like to ask if anyone knows if it is possible to check the type of a parameter with the model checker. For Example: I would like to check that the value of my parameter "CUSTOM_Numeration" is of the type numeric (or integer, or yes/no, etc)

In addition to this, can anyone explain how does the function "User defined" work in the configurator when you check the box. What is it useful for? I can not use it because I cannot find any information on how it works.

Hi Barth, thank you very much for your answer, however, I do not find it helpful for my case.

Just to clarify, I´m not trying to check if a parameter is a type or instance parameter for an object, but if the parameter is of type text, numeric, integer, boolean, etc.
