A question about the Revit ideas platform:  I just realized you can click on an idea to see the votes. The votes are split up in "all users" and "experts". The experts votes are counted twice.

Does anyone know how one becomes an "expert", or with other words: what do you have to do to get more votes?

For example: https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/kudos/messagepage/board-id/302/message-id/34/tab/expert-users/page/6

Depends. Are we talking Popular or Electoral Votes?

Customers who are in the "Expert Elite" program have a "heavy thumb" when voting on ideas in the Idea Station.

In addition to Expert elite getting 2 votes Enterprise Business Agreement customers also get 2 votes per user id associated with their accounts.

@loboarch, it's rare, maybe something isn't working properly.

I'm EE but my vote count only as one

But the user on the position number 7 is not Expert Elite and her vote counts for two. I have no problems with that, but I am unable to recognize the pattern.

If I click on the Expert tab to filter "Expert Votes" (the link that @pieter1 share to us), the majority of users aren't EE, most of the on ranks 3 to 4. All those belong to Enterprise Business Agreement?

It could be that something is not working right. But the information I was given is EE votes count 2x and user IDs associated with EBA agreements count 2x. I will share this with the folks in charge of setting up the votes on user IDs in the forums to maybe figure out what is going on.

EE's do not have a weighted like\vote only EP customers.

As for the "Expert" listing you see that is an ootb feature not being used and causing confusing it is being removed shortly
