Autodesk Docs texture links not working

Hello everyone! We're facing a problem with texture linking using Autodesk Docs on Revit 2020. Even though all of our different computers have access to the Autodesk Docs file folder containing the textures, revit can't seem to find their paths and link them correctly, which forces us to relink all textures paths when opening our files on different machines.

We tried adding an additional rendering appearance path within Revit's rendering options, but it was to no avail.

Being that relinking all textures manually every time we open the files on a different computer is a very time-consumming task, we're looking for a way of making revit find the texture paths automatically. Does anyone have an insight on how to approach this?

Click on the Image to enter the Texture Editor. Is the Image there?  Does closing the Texture Editor replace the "red alert" with the Image?

If no Image, Try loading the Image File into the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\Materials\Textures\1\Mats Folder.

Thank you for your reply! Unfortunately, clicking on the image editor didn't work so as to make Revit recognize the path, and copying all the textures to a local folder doesn't really fit our workflow. We really need Revit to get the texture directly from Autodesk Docs, as we're building up a family library (we currently have around 50 families with textures linked through Autodesk Docs paths and we plan on having 100+ families).

Was there ever a solution to this?  I'm having the same problem.  I path all of my textures and then everyone else on my project team has to repath them on their machines every time.  It's quite annoying when we're all working on a rendering file and everyone is creating new textures consistently.
