Autodesk Desktop App problem

The Autodesk Desktop App with regular updates, fixes, and patches has stopped working. There is only a black screen when opening the app. I tried to locate a current download to reinstall the app, but no luck. Has anyone had a similar problem and/or a suggestion to fix it?  

 

And, has Autodesk eliminated their Chat support service?

I have solved my Autodesk Desktop App corruption problem! Although Chat is not available for technical support, I was able to get Chat for Updates. I was given instructions how to reinstall the app which includes clearing the registry for the app. But, the fix info also said the corruption might have been caused by a slow system startup. So, I tried rebooting my system and the App is now working properly!
