Assemblies - Use of 2 assemblies in one element

Hi,

I make drawings of both wood-framing and Windows.
They are both made in the same factory. (But different production lines)

But now I have a project where both will be combined into 1 element.

Whats te best way to handle this?

Preferably I would like to have 2 assemblies.
1 for the wood framing and 1 for the window.
In a way that when I print the assemblies sheet for the wood framing both assemblies are shown.

I can add manually an extra assemblies to the sheet. Bt in my project some windows will appear over 20 times in 20 different elements.

Here is an example:

Hello, You can change the frame properties in the "Edit type" after clicking the door.

Unassemble one assembly (1), edit the other assembly and Add (1) in, finish.

That won't make a difference.

Than you " explode" the assembly of the window in the HSB Element ....

Let's step back a but to understand your workflow. Did you create the frame and the door as two separate families and nest one into the other?
