this program is automatically installed when i installed revit and i want to learn how to use it for make beyyer 3d model for my design? can any one help ??

Can you post a screenshot?  I am not familiar with a program called Ask for Help.  

The trial does have a link to "Ask an Expert" which is a chat based system, but it is volunteer based like here.  If an expert is not available you can leave an offline e-mail and they can respond back.
