Hey there. I'm having an odd issue. I've been rendering with revit for over a year now and never had this problem. I have to types of lighting fixtures in my model. One from offline and the other one is the revit-made Studio Light, both are under the light fixtures category yet they don't register as an artificial light, the scheme includes both sun and artifical so that is not the issue, yet in the rendering they don't give off any light and in the progress dialogue they are not in the artificial light count. I tried to verify that the lights were on but when I click on the "Artifical Lights..." button the dialogue does not pop up. Someone please help me!!

You mean one of the nonfunctional light fixtures? Yeah sure.
I think your issue is not the light, since you are saying that they are NOT populated the Artificial Lights Dialog Box. Can you share the RVT?
...are you saying that none of the lights show in this box?
I'm saying that the Artificial light dialogue you have in your picture won't open when I click the button for it. Could it be that my camera is not in the room? I wanted it to be an outside looking in image...Excuse the exterior...it's not quite finished.

Huh? Are you Rendering a view?
It's more than the view. Or did you bother to investigate?
Nevermind.
I'm moving on.
....Coincidentally, my workstation froze solid while investigating the OPs RVT. Had to Ctrl-Alt-Delete. Makes me wonder if it's systemic of another issue.
The file doesn't crash my Revit and it renders fine after I created a new view so I am not sure what to look for to investigate.

Well, besides the Artificial Lights dialog box not working; the fact that the f'ing file won't Audit tells me something significant. But then, I'm of a different mindset than you obviously. I would investigate something like that before I proceeded.
I'm off work for the day but when I get back tomorrow, I'll create a new 3D view and try that. I'm just glad that my revit classes weren't a sham and it stumped some other renderers. Thanks for your help, I'll update tomorrow.
