Area tool to adjust the Z-Axis Constraints

Would like to seek any possible answers if the Area tool in Revit can allow for Z-Axis Constraints adjustment for the upper & lower limit.

No. Only rooms and spaces have properties for Upper limit and Limit offset.

Ok that clears my doubt, as previously i'm looking for feasible alternatives/possibilities that area can allow that feature in one way or another. So that now it seems to be a limitation, things are much clearer. Thank you for the clarification.

Well, Areas are by defintion 2D. I don't see why the Area tools would have a height dimension.

Use Rooms or Spaces, not Areas.
