Good day,

I am working on a fuel station, the filling station canopy on the right side is covering the mini-mart on the left side around 1 meter. so in my area plan, I want to show area boundaries one above another. but when I am trying to do it. Revit automatically shifts the area boundary for the building of the left side and it reduces the area.

I'm not following.  You want to show Areas "one above another" in one Plan View?  That doesn't make sense to me -- and it ain't even Friday yet.   😉

You can's overlap areas. Use a different way such as a roof, to present the canopy, and a roof tag to show its area.
