Anyone else seeing this Sync with Central issue?

Revit 2023.1.3 service pack just installed yesterday on a Windows 11 system.

Since then, when sync'ing the Sync dialog reports that:

This operation could not be completed. Please try again.

But it also shows that all steps have completed and reports:

You have successfully synced with central.

Everything seems to successfully save as expected, but, due to the "error" the dialog stays up until I dismiss it.

I also have to perform a "Relinquish Elements" when closing the file (which would seem to indicate that there is, indeed, some sort of error occurring in the background).

This particular project is on the Autodesk Cloud (whichever name they want to call it this week) as evidenced by the dialog, so I opened a local workshared project, drew a few lines, deleted them, edited a couple of existing elements, and was able to sync without any errors and close without having to specifically perform a "Relinquish Elements".

Service pack bug with the cloud services? Compatibility issue with a Central where not everyone is on the latest service pack? Maybe not happening on the local because I didn't do enough testing, but sitting there waiting to happen when I do some real work on such a project?

Whatever it is, it's going to become problematic I think (beyond it's current status of being extremely annoying).

I must not have typed the correct keywords when I searched for the problem before I posted this.

But mine continues to occur while others working in the same model are not having any issues whatsoever and the only difference is my service pack so... perhaps this still belongs as a post.

"This operation could not be completed. Please try again."

After installing the service-pack update, I'm seeing it almost every time I sync.

In the "Worksets" tab you can click on all the other elements, not just worksets, and it will tell you what you own.
I own nothing, and this dialogue is still coming up.

I think it is a bug? Not a very nice one.
It has NOTHING to do with internet stability/access at this point after seeing it across multiple sign-in locations, files, computers, and different users.

From the Revit Updates Page (I think this is the line item it was trying to respond to and over-corrected into a bug):
https://help.autodesk.com/view/RVT/2023/ENU/?guid=RevitReleaseNotes_2023updates_2023_1_3_html

Revit Cloud Model (workshared)

Fixed an issue where the user was prompted to relinquish or keep editable elements even after relinquishing everything with the Synchronize with Central command.

LaughingOutLoud.
I missed that on the release notes. It would seem that, instead of fixing the original issue, they just expanded it to cover those that weren't already experiencing it. 😉

Seems that way! I always chalk it up to user error, until the data just says there's nothing more on the user end to do differently to get it to work any better.

I have also discovered that some items do not get relinquished as part of the sync, regardless of the settings or what Revit reports as being checked out or borrowed by you.
To overcome this I have been performing a "Relinquish All Mine" after each sync to ensure that such elements are available to the rest of the team.
I do not perform this step on the last sync before closing the project file because that sets the "not saved flag. So after the last sync of the editing session, when closing the project, I receive the prompt warning that I still have elements checked out and I take the "Relinquish" option in that dialog (otherwise Revit gives me the "you have unsaved edits" dialog which requires saving again to make Revit and my OCD happy).
