The Left is a rotation of 45 on XY plane. Now I need to rate 45 on XZ plane in order to cut the intended model, which is sheared similarly. I am trying to get a poche in my axonometric section.

Not clear what this means.  Can you elaborate?

This worked! I just have to do a rotation correction on the final sheeted view but I can't get it to rotate increments other than 90.

Which I can do in Indesign/post, but would like to be able to add anotations.

Cut 2 sections. Open section 2 to see section 1 and rotate it 45 degrees.

...or rotate a callout.  That aside, what is the purpose of this view?
