Any way to have the "Make Plan View" unchecked by default when creating a new level?

I'm pretty sure this worked in previous Revit version (I tried in 2019 and 2020 but could not succeed).

I thought that creating a new level in an elevation and uncheck first the "Make Plan View", Revit would remember this as the new default value?!?!

What about copying existing Levels?

Copy works but we have an addin that creates levels automatically and we don't want to have any plan views created...
Modifying our addin is not an option for now...
