Annotative text comes in rotated.

I am opening up colleagues Revit file and their text comes in rotated 180 degrees.

It looks like this:

It doesn't look rotated in these images.

The leaders are not justified to where they were previous to me opening up the file. When I rotate the text the leaders snap back to where they were. I'm wondering if the font is wrong or something...

It turns out the correct font was not specified or loaded onto my computer. Once installed the correct font, the annotations were fine.
