Annotation text notes - smaller default size after downloading Revit 2021 on a new computer

Looking for a general fix for a very annoying issue. I have just started using a new computer with all the same Revit project files as my previous computer. They are accessed from a server so they have no been altered upon starting work on a new computer. The new computer has a "fresh" Revit LT 2021 that was downloaded. The issue is, all text notes in this "fresh" Revit are smaller, across all existing project files. The files, when opened on other staff computers that are not as new as mine, retain the original text box length and show correct length of text.

See attached screenshot, every time I open an existing project all text boxes shrink even though the font is identical to before. I believe this might be to do with a general Revit LT 2021 parameter or setting that was defaulted when downloading the program on the new computer today. I don't want to spend 1 hour per project stretching each text box to show the hidden text. If anyone knows what the general fix for this issue is that would be highly appreciated.

I know sometimes that text or annotations can get compromised with the resolution of the PC, at least for printing. Maybe you can check if changing the resolution helps?

Also, it looks like you could use a tag instead of a text, which would offer you the option to stretch the label to have the text fit for all instances.

Check that the font associated with the annotations is installed in your C:\Windows\Fonts folder. If it is there, check the font file against the same font file on a computer that displays the font correctly in Revit.

Revit/Windows may be substituting a similar font but not necessarily the same.
