Annotation Lines Not Showing up or printing correctly

So I'm working in a drafting view and when i draw a line it will show at the proper weight. but then if i zoom in or out all the lines will just go thin. If i hover my mouse over the lines the blue selection is at the proper thickness but line itself is not. The lines print thin as well. Its very frustrating! because I've checked all the regular settings line styles are correct, thin lines is turned off... i don't know what to do but its impossible for me to do details like this and its forcing me to use AutoCAD. Please Help

Im using Revit 2019 on windows 10

Right click on the drafting view from the browser and save it to a new file then share it here.
