Annotation family Instance Parameter cannot edited by clicking

I have a detail item line based family. As inside the detail item family template "Label" is not available, I used a "Generic Annotation" family nested inside it. 'Generic Annotation' family contains a 'Label' shared parameter.

When I load the family to project then I had to change the parameter value from the 'Properties bar', I can't edit it by clicking on it, Please see the attachment for better understand.

Is it possible to change the parameter value by slow double click on it as a annotation label?

Did you associate the nested family label's parameter to a parameter in the host?  

...maybe I misunderstood you. Do you have the Family's Label parameter available to you in the Project and is it editable?

Yes I did that, but it not gonna work.  Better I am attaching the family for your review.

My concern is that, the value is not changing by slow double click, i have to change it from properties bar, is it possible to do such any way then i can edit the text by slow double click on it(For example we change the dimension value by clicking on it and then type the value) inside the project?

Because the label is in a nested family. The ability to edit it directly on screen is only made available when the label is created directly in the family, in other word, only for annotation families and tags.
