Angle to True North stuck on decimal degrees

Even when the Angle to True North is entered in minutes and seconds it displays in Decimal degrees. What is going on with Revit Ver 2023 ? See attached image

There is nothing going on with Revit 2023, the setting is the same for any versions.  Manage > Project Units > Angle = Degrees Minutes Seconds

Did you ever notice that you can enter Imperial Units in a Metric Environment - or vice versa?   Revit is super smart. 😉
